  • 2 large Russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation

  • Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick fries. Soak them in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  • In a bowl, toss the dried fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Place fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispy fries, make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket. You can also experiment with different seasonings like paprika or garlic powder for added flavor.
