Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites

  • 1.5 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp sriracha (optional, for heat)

For Serving

  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • fresh chopped parsley or scallions for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare Salmon

  • Pat the salmon bites dry with a paper towel and toss them with olive oil in a medium bowl.

Make Sauce

  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sriracha until well combined.

Air Fry

  • Brush half of the honey garlic sauce over the salmon. Arrange the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 380°F (195°C) for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once cooked, brush the remaining sauce over the salmon bites and toss to coat.

Serve
