  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

  • Wash and trim the ends of the zucchini, then slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds or sticks.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, tossing until the zucchini is evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket; you may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer size.
  • Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the zucchini is tender and slightly browned.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
