Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon Fillets preferably skin-on
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice from 2-3 lemons
  • 4-6 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and black pepper.

Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce

  • Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan, then stir in minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, dried dill, and a pinch more salt and pepper.

Baking

  • Place seasoned salmon on the baking sheet and spoon half of the lemon garlic butter sauce evenly over each fillet.
  • Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Finishing Touches

  • Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining sauce, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and garnish with lemon slices if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in the lemon-garlic butter sauce for 15-20 minutes before baking. Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your salmon fillets; thinner fillets will cook faster.
