  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Topping

  • 1/4 cup granola (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a jar or airtight container and stir well.
  • Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
  • In the morning, stir the oats and top with granola before serving cold.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or a dash of vanilla extract. You can also experiment with different types of berries or fruits.
