  • 1 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs (or other soft cheese spread like Boursin)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped Use ripe tomatoes for the best flavor.
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped Fresh basil is preferred over dried.
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction Adjust the amount to your liking.
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette Ensure dippers are gluten-free if necessary.

Preparation

  • Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a ¼ inch space around the edge.
  • Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
  • Add the chopped basil on top of the tomatoes.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the whole plate.
  • Serve it immediately with pita chips, crackers, or spread it on thin slices of baguette.

Notes

Bruschetta Dip is best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within a day or two for optimal flavor.
