Ingredients
  

Fudge

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz) can
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 salt Pinch of

Topping

  • 0.5 cup sprinkles (red, green, gold)

Other

  • Non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper

Preparation

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or spray it with non-stick cooking spray.

Making the Fudge

  • Combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat, then stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Finishing and Storing

  • Immediately sprinkle festive sprinkles generously over the fudge.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
  • Once firm, remove the fudge from the dish using the parchment paper.
  • Use small Christmas-themed cookie cutters to cut out shapes, re-rolling scraps to cut more.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week, or refrigerate for longer freshness.

Notes

For extra festive fun, try experimenting with different colored sprinkles or edible glitter. Ensure the fudge is completely firm before cutting to get clean shapes. If you don't have an 8x8 inch baking dish, a similar-sized dish will work, but cooking times might vary slightly.
