Ingredients
  

Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Cream Cheese Topping

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Prepare Overnight Oats

  • Combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a jar or container.

Add Cinnamon Swirl

  • In a small bowl, mix maple syrup and cinnamon for the swirl; then swirl it into the oat mixture.

Chill Overnight

  • Cover and refrigerate the oats for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until thickened.

Make Cream Cheese Topping

  • Before serving, whisk together softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Serve

  • Spoon the cream cheese topping over the oats and enjoy your cinnamon roll overnight oats.

Notes

For a richer flavor, toast the rolled oats lightly before adding them to the mixture. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
