Ingredients
  

Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or other sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Cream Cheese Swirl (Optional)

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon milk dairy or non-dairy

Instructions

  • Combine all overnight oats ingredients in a jar or container.
  • Stir well to combine everything thoroughly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  • The next morning, if desired, prepare the cream cheese swirl by mixing all ingredients until smooth.
  • Swirl the cream cheese mixture into the oats before serving.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and spice to your preference. You can also add chopped nuts or fruit for extra texture and flavor.
