Cooking Steps
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on a baking sheet, skillet, or in an air fryer basket.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, dried dill, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
Choose your cooking method: For oven baked, preheat to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes.
For pan-seared, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet, cook skin-side down for 4-6 minutes, then flip and cook for 3-5 minutes until done.
For air fryer, preheat to 375°F (190°C) and air fry for 10-14 minutes.
Once cooked, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon before serving.
Notes
Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
