  • 2 fillets Salmon Fillets about 4-6 oz each, skin on or off
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lemon for zest and juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Cooking Steps

  • Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on a baking sheet, skillet, or in an air fryer basket.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, dried dill, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
  • Choose your cooking method: For oven baked, preheat to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • For pan-seared, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet, cook skin-side down for 4-6 minutes, then flip and cook for 3-5 minutes until done.
  • For air fryer, preheat to 375°F (190°C) and air fry for 10-14 minutes.
  • Once cooked, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
