  • Fold in the cottage cheese, salt, and black pepper, stirring just enough to distribute the cottage cheese throughout the egg mixture.
  • Divide the egg mixture evenly between the prepared ramekins or pour into your chosen baking dish.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the eggs are set and lightly golden around the edges.
