Avocado Toast

  • 2-3 cherry tomatoes, sliced

Instructions
 

Simple Scrambled Eggs & Toast

  • Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  • Toast bread; heat butter or olive oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Pour eggs into the pan and let set for 30 seconds.
  • Gently fold eggs until mostly set but still moist; remove from heat.
  • Serve eggs on or alongside toast.

Quick Oatmeal with Fruit

  • Combine oats, water or milk, and salt in a saucepan.
  • Simmer over medium heat, then reduce to low and cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  • Remove from heat, pour into a bowl, and top with fruit.
