Peel and chop the beet, and if using fresh berries, rinse them.
Add the liquid base to the blender first for smoother blending.
Toss in the chopped beets, berries, banana, and greens.
Add the chia seeds.
Blend on high until completely smooth; add more liquid if too thick.
Taste the smoothie and adjust as needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a colder smoothie, use frozen berries and a frozen banana. Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding a touch of honey or a Medjool date.
