  • Combine gin, fresh lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white in the shaker, then dry shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to create foam.
  • Add a generous amount of ice to the shaker and shake again for 15-20 seconds until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
  • Double strain the cocktail into your chilled glass, using both a hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh sieve, to ensure a smooth texture.
  • Garnish the cocktail with a fresh raspberry or a delicate lemon twist.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and chill your glass beforehand. The dry shake is essential for achieving the signature foam of this cocktail.
