  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Canned Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • Powdered Sugar For dusting (Optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  • Unroll the crescent dough onto the prepared baking sheet or a floured surface, separating it into 8 triangles.
  • Place 1-2 teaspoons of cream cheese mixture and 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce onto the wider end of each dough triangle.
  • Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle towards the pointed end to form a crescent shape.
  • Arrange the rolled crescent bites on the lined baking sheet with some space in between.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed.

Cooling and Serving

  • Let the bites cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, dust generously with powdered sugar if desired before serving.

Notes

For easier handling, ensure your cream cheese is completely softened. You can also experiment with other fruit sauces, such as raspberry or apricot, for different flavor variations.
