Dry Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt, then set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy for 2-3 minutes.

Baking
