  • 4 large flour tortillas (8-10 inches)
  • large head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons crushed (optional but recommended)

  • If chicken is not already cooked, season and cook it using your preferred method (grill, pan-sear, bake). Allow cooked chicken to cool slightly, then shred or dice into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  • If using, gently fold in the crushed croutons just before assembling to maintain crispness.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center, leaving room for rolling.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then tightly roll it upwards from the bottom until you have a compact wrap.
  • You can serve the wrap whole, or slice it in half diagonally for easier eating and presentation.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating your chicken before cooking. You can also customize your wrap with additional vegetables like tomatoes or red onion.
