Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon Fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Butter unsalted
  • 4-5 Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • ½ cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Black Pepper To taste

Instructions

Cooking Steps

  • Pat salmon fillets dry, then season generously with salt and black pepper on all sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then sear salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy and golden. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until desired doneness, then remove from skillet.
  • Reduce heat to medium in the same skillet, melt butter, then sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, bring to a gentle simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens. If using, stir in fresh spinach until wilted.
  • Return seared salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, squeeze fresh lemon juice, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

This recipe is best served immediately to ensure the salmon remains moist and the sauce is perfectly creamy. Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference for a stronger or milder flavor. For an extra touch of freshness, consider adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a subtle kick.
