  • 1 package about 14.4 ounces honey graham crackers
  • 12 ounces good quality white chocolate baking bars or chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper to prepare your workspace.
  • If using whole candy canes, crush them into small pieces using a rolling pin or heavy pan and set aside.

Assembly

  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler until smooth and creamy.
  • Dip each graham cracker into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated, then transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Immediately sprinkle the chocolate-covered cracker generously with crushed peppermint candy before the chocolate sets.

Finishing

  • Refrigerate the crackers for at least 15-20 minutes until the white chocolate is completely firm.
  • Once set, break the graham cracker sheets into individual rectangles and store any uneaten crackers in an airtight container.

Notes

For best results, use good quality white chocolate as it melts more smoothly and sets better. If the chocolate becomes too thick while dipping, gently re-melt it for a few seconds. These make a great edible gift!
