  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • 9 oz refrigerated tortellini cheese, meat, or spinach-filled
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  • Parmesan cheese Freshly grated

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste; serve with optional garnishes like Parmesan or basil.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can brown some Italian sausage or ground beef before adding the onions.
