  • 1 package Puff Pastry Sheets (13-14 ounces), thawed
  • 1 wheel Brie Cheese (8-ounce), rind removed or left on, cut into 9-16 small wedges or cubes
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce canned whole berry or homemade

Garnish (Optional)

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Chopped pecans
  • A drizzle of honey

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin by lightly greasing or lining with parchment paper cups.

Assemble Bites

  • On a lightly floured surface, unroll the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 9 or 16 equal squares.
  • Gently press each pastry square into a muffin cup, allowing the corners to overhang slightly.
  • Place a small piece of brie cheese in the center of each pastry-lined cup, then top with about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.

Bake & Serve

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed, and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  • Carefully remove from the muffin tin and cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.

Serve these delightful bites warm for the best flavor and texture. For an extra touch, garnish with fresh rosemary, chopped pecans, or a drizzle of honey before serving.
