  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cans canned whole kernel corn 15 ounces each, drained
  • 1 can canned cream-style corn 15 ounces

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, melted butter, milk, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Stir in both the drained whole kernel corn and the cream-style corn until they are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture.

Baking

  • Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden brown on top.

Serving

  • Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving hot.

Notes
