Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mixed fresh berries

Topping

  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds

Preparation

  • In a jar or container, combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup, then stir until well incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the mixed fresh berries.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, and up to 3 days.
  • In the morning, top with sliced almonds just before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the oat mixture.
