Ingredients
  

Blueberry Swirl

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp water

Yogurt Base

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Blueberry Swirl Preparation

  • Combine fresh blueberries and water in a small saucepan, then simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until they burst and soften.
  • Remove the blueberry mixture from heat and allow it to cool completely.

Yogurt Base Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness of the yogurt base as desired.

Assembly

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a mini muffin tin.
  • Dollop 1-2 tablespoon portions of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet or into muffin cups.

Swirl Creation

  • Drizzle cooled blueberry mixture over each yogurt dollop.
  • Gently swirl the blueberry into the yogurt using a toothpick or knife to create patterns.

Freezing

  • Freeze the yogurt bites for 2-3 hours, or until completely firm.

Serving and Storage

  • Carefully peel the frozen bites from the parchment paper.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight freezer-safe container for later enjoyment.

Notes
