  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional, to taste

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • A few slices fresh banana
