  • 2 tablespoons Holiday Sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cranberries or Pomegranate Arils
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream homemade or store-bought

Instructions

Prepare the Sugar Cookie Crust

  • In a medium bowl, combine cookie crumbs, softened butter, and salt; mix until moist. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan and chill until firm.

Whip Up the Silky Cheesecake Filling

  • Beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. In a separate chilled bowl, whip cold heavy cream, extracts, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.

Create Festive Swirls (Optional)

  • Divide the filling into three equal portions; leave one plain, color the second red, and the third green.

Assemble Your Masterpiece

  • Alternately spoon dollops of each colored filling over the chilled crust, then gently swirl the colors with a butter knife or skewer for a marbled effect. Smooth the top with an offset spatula.

Chill and Set

  • Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours, or preferably overnight, until fully set.

Decorate for a Dazzling Display

  • Once set, carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan and garnish with additional crushed sugar cookies, holiday sprinkles, fresh cranberries or pomegranate arils, and whipped cream.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Slice with a sharp knife, dipping it in hot water and wiping clean between cuts, and serve chilled.

Notes

For neat slices, dip your knife in hot water and wipe clean between each cut.
