Garlic Bread Rolls

  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Optional

  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • On a lightly floured surface, unroll the pizza dough and roll it into a 12x9 inch rectangle. Slice the dough into 12 equal strips.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, Parmesan cheese, and salt. Add red pepper flakes if desired.

Assembly and Baking

  • Brush each dough strip with the garlic butter mixture, then roll each strip into a spiral shape and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can brush the rolls with a little more garlic butter after they come out of the oven. These rolls are best served warm and fresh.
