Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Baking sheet
  • Small bowl

Ingredients

For the Cheeseburger Bombs

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

For Serving (Optional)

  • ketchup
  • mustard
  • pickles sliced

Instructions

Prepare the Filling

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another minute. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.

Assemble the Bombs

  • Separate the biscuit dough into 8 individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit. Bring the edges of the biscuit dough together over the filling and pinch firmly to seal, forming a ball.
  • Place the sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake and Finish

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  • While the bombs are baking, prepare the garlic Parmesan butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped fresh parsley.
  • Once the bombs are out of the oven, brush the tops generously with the garlic Parmesan butter. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or sliced pickles, if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the ground beef mixture. If you don't have fresh parsley, dried parsley flakes can be used as a substitute, but use about half the amount. These cheeseburger bombs are perfect for parties or a fun family dinner!
