Chocolate

  • 8 ounces Milk chocolate
  • 8 ounces White chocolate

Toppings

  • Assorted festive holiday sprinkles, nonpareils, and edible pearls for decoration

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prepare your surface.

Melting

  • Melt the milk chocolate and white chocolate separately using either the microwave or double boiler method, stirring well until smooth.

Assembly

  • Pour the melted milk chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly; immediately add dollops of melted white chocolate.
  • Gently swirl the two chocolates together with a spatula to create a marbled effect, taking care not to overmix.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, generously sprinkle the assorted holiday sprinkles, nonpareils, and edible pearls over the surface, gently pressing any larger sprinkles to ensure they adhere.

Setting and Serving

  • Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes until the chocolate is completely firm.
  • Once chilled and firm, lift the parchment paper and break the bark into irregular, bite-sized pieces for serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure your chocolate is not overheated during melting, as this can cause it to seize. You can customize the toppings with other festive candies or nuts if desired. Store the bark in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
