Combine Ingredients

  • Unwrap and crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes in a large bowl until no large pieces remain.
  • Add softened cream cheese to the crumbled cakes and mix until a pliable, dough-like consistency forms.

Form and Chill

  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or in the freezer for 15 minutes, to firm up.

Melt and Dip

  • Melt white chocolate or candy melts according to package directions while the truffles are chilling.
  • Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, tapping off any excess, then immediately sprinkle with festive sprinkles.

Set and Serve

  • Allow the chocolate to fully set at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
  • Once firm, the truffles are ready to enjoy.

Notes

For best results, make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easier mixing. If the chocolate becomes too thick while dipping, add a tiny bit of coconut oil or shortening to thin it out. These truffles are best stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and can be enjoyed for up to a week.
