Ingredients
  

Fudge Base

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups (approximately 12 ounces) chocolate chips semi-sweet, dark, or milk chocolate

Marshmallows

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows divided

Preparation

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang on the sides, and lightly grease the parchment paper.
  • Combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.

Cooking

  • Stir the mixture until the chocolate melts, reheating in 30-second intervals if needed, until smooth.
  • Fold in about two-thirds of the mini marshmallows into the chocolate mixture.
  • Pour the fudge into the prepared pan, then scatter the remaining mini marshmallows on top.
  • Gently swirl the top marshmallows into the fudge using a knife or skewer.

Finishing

  • Refrigerate the pan for at least 2-3 hours until the fudge is completely firm.
  • Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper, peel the parchment, and cut into small squares before serving.

Notes

Be careful not to overheat the chocolate mixture when microwaving to prevent it from seizing.
