  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley

For the Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

Prepare the Vegetables
