  • 2 blocks cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2-3 jalapenos finely diced, seeds removed for less heat
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • In the bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, diced jalapenos, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until well mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese on top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite chips or crackers.

Notes

For extra heat, leave some of the jalapeno seeds in. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro if desired.
