Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 works great for flavor)

  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

Cooking Steps

  • Return the skillet to medium heat and season the cooked beef with salt and black pepper, then stir in the ranch seasoning packet until well combined.
  • Reduce heat to low, add softened cream cheese and beef broth, and stir continuously until a smooth, creamy sauce forms with the beef.

  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra touch, top with chopped green onions or a dollop of sour cream before serving.
