Ingredients
  

Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon natural nut butter almond, peanut, or cashew

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a jar or airtight container and stir well.
  • Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  • Spoon the nut butter on top, swirling slightly or leaving it as a layer.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • In the morning, stir and add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Enjoy chilled.

Notes

For an extra boost of flavor and texture, consider adding a sprinkle of chopped nuts or a dash of cinnamon before serving.
