  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter peanut, almond, or cashew

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into a glass or bowl.
  • Layer with half of the berries, one tablespoon of granola, and half of the nut butter.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, granola, and nut butter.
  • Sprinkle with chia seeds and/or drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
