  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground turkey to the pan, break it apart, and cook until fully browned (5-7 minutes) with no pink remaining.
  • Drain any excess fat from the pan.
  • Stir in the frozen stir-fry vegetable mix and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
  • Pour in soy sauce and stir to coat the turkey and vegetables.
  • Add optional seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes to meld flavors.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

This recipe is highly customizable! Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms. For a spicier kick, include a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
