  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber cut into sticks
  • 1 cup celery sticks
  • 1/2 cup pre-made hummus

Preparation

  • Wash and prepare all vegetables by thinly slicing the bell peppers and cucumber into sticks, and cutting the celery into sticks.
  • Arrange the prepared carrots, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, and celery sticks vertically in a glass or on a plate to create a rainbow effect.
  • Serve the arranged vegetables with 1/2 cup of pre-made hummus in a small bowl for dipping.

Notes

For an extra touch, add other colorful vegetables like purple cabbage or cherry tomatoes. You can also make your own hummus for a fresher taste!
