Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Balls

  • 14.75 oz Can of salmon drained
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil for cooking

For the Creamy Avocado Sauce

  • 2 Ripe avocados large
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparing the Salmon Balls

  • In a bowl, combine drained salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into small balls (about 1.5 inches in diameter).
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the salmon balls until golden brown on all sides and cooked through.

Making the Creamy Avocado Sauce

  • In a food processor or blender, combine avocados, Greek yogurt, lime juice, cilantro, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if needed to reach desired consistency.

Serving

  • Serve the salmon balls warm with the creamy avocado sauce drizzled generously over them.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of chili flakes to the salmon mixture. The avocado sauce is also great as a dip for vegetables.
