  • Divide the dough in half. Shape each half into a log, approximately 6-8 inches long and 2 inches in diameter. Wrap logs tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or up to 2 days.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Unwrap one dough log and slice into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Place slices onto prepared baking sheets.

  • Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Let cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
