Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Small bowl

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count) (16.3 oz)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves fresh minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up and draining any excess grease.
  • Return the beef to the skillet, stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, then cook for one minute to meld flavors.

Assembly

  • Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 4-5 inch circle on a floured surface.
  • Place 2 tablespoons of seasoned ground beef in the center of each dough circle and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Gather the dough edges to seal the bomb tightly, pinching the seams closed, and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Baking & Finishing

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • While bombs bake, melt butter in a small bowl, then stir in minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Immediately brush the baked bombs generously with the garlic Parmesan butter mixture and serve warm.

Notes

Ensure the dough is sealed tightly to prevent filling from leaking during baking. For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic Parmesan butter.
