  • 2 tablespoons lemon-herb vinaigrette store-bought or quick homemade

Preparation

  • If using a pre-cooked grain pouch, microwave it for 60-90 seconds as directed on the package.

Assembly

  • Drizzle the mixture generously with the lemon-herb vinaigrette.
