  • 2-3 large eggs per wrap
  • 1 frozen paratha per wrap
  • 1 teaspoon oil or ghee
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili powder (or paprika)
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Steps

  • Crack eggs into a bowl, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt; whisk thoroughly until combined.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan, pour in egg mixture, and gently push edges towards the center until cooked through and fluffy.
  • Heat a separate non-stick pan, cook frozen paratha for 30 seconds to 1 minute per side until golden.
  • Transfer warm paratha to a plate and spoon the cooked spiced eggs onto its center.
  • Add any desired chopped onions, cilantro, or cheese over the eggs.
  • Fold one side of the paratha over the filling, then fold the bottom edge, and roll tightly into a wrap; serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust spice levels to your preference. For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper with the red chili powder. You can also toast the paratha slightly more for a crispier texture. This recipe is highly customizable, feel free to experiment with different fillings like sautéed vegetables or various sauces to suit your taste.
