  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives finely chopped (for garnish)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spoon the ricotta cheese into a small, shallow oven-safe dish.
  • Combine olive oil and minced garlic, then drizzle over the ricotta.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Drizzle hot honey generously over the warm ricotta.
  • Season with fresh black pepper and flaky sea salt.
  • Garnish with finely chopped fresh chives.
  • Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, or your preferred dippers.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic oil. This dip is best served warm, straight from the oven.
