  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • A pinch garlic powder optional

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Stir in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Distribute the egg mixture evenly among the 6 muffin cups.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
  • Let them cool in the muffin tin before removing. Serve warm or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
