  • Whisk in vanilla protein powder thoroughly if using, ensuring no lumps remain.
  • Stir all ingredients well to ensure they are fully incorporated.
  • Add mixed berries and shredded coconut, then gently stir again.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, ideally for at least 8 hours.
  • In the morning, stir and add extra coconut milk for creaminess or top with more berries and coconut before serving.

Notes

For thicker oats, reduce coconut milk slightly. For a thinner consistency, add more coconut milk in the morning. Feel free to experiment with other fruits like mango or pineapple for different tropical variations.
