  • 2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the shredded turkey, softened cream cheese, dried cranberries, chopped celery, mayonnaise, green onion, salt, and pepper, mixing until well combined.

Assembly and Baking

  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles; arrange them on the prepared baking sheet in a sunburst pattern with the wider ends overlapping in the center.
  • Spoon the turkey mixture evenly over the wider ends of the crescent rolls.
  • Fold the pointed ends of the crescent rolls over the filling and tuck them under the wider ends to form a ring, then brush the top with the beaten egg.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent ring is golden brown and the filling is heated through; cool slightly before serving.
