These delicious vegan pizza rolls are a perfect snack or appetizer for any occasion. Made with a flaky crescent roll crust and a savory vegan filling, they are sure to be a hit!

  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Vegan pepperoni chopped
  • Optional toppings such as mushrooms, olives, peppers

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  • Spread a tablespoon of marinara sauce on the wider end of each triangle.
  • Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of vegan mozzarella cheese and a tablespoon of vegan pepperoni (and any other desired toppings) over the sauce.
  • Starting from the wide end, carefully roll each crescent triangle towards the pointed end.
  • Place the rolled pizza rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the pizza rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

You can customize these pizza rolls with your favorite vegan toppings. Make sure to not overfill them to prevent spillage during baking.
