  • Air Fryer
  • Paper towels
  • Medium-sized bowl
  • Serving dish

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Shelf-stable potato gnocchi (500g)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

For Garnish & Serving

  • 2 tablespoons Freshly chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
  • Your favorite marinara or pesto sauce (for serving)

Instructions

Cooking Steps

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and pat the gnocchi dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a medium bowl, toss the dried gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned gnocchi in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring enough space for air circulation; cook in 2-3 batches if necessary.
  • Air fry for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice around the 6-7 minute mark, until the gnocchi are golden-brown and crispy.
  • Transfer the cooked gnocchi to a serving dish, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately with marinara or pesto sauce.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches to ensure even crisping. The red pepper flakes are optional, adjust to your preferred spice level.
