  • 2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1 whole-wheat cracker for serving, optional

  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped cucumber, and chopped red bell pepper.
  • Sprinkle in the crumbled feta cheese, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, and a pinch of black pepper.
  • Gently stir all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Serve immediately, optionally with a whole-wheat cracker on the side for added crunch.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of olive oil or a few chopped Kalamata olives.
